If you have a pre booked appointment, and have developed any respiratory or flu like symptoms including fever, PLEASE PHONE THE SURGERY on (02) 6581 3131 to be triaged by one of our Practice Nurses before attending the surgery.

If you have an appointment booked, please phone reception on (02) 6581 3131 on your arrival. We ask that all patients wait outside or in designated parking areas until the doctor is ready to see you. This is to minimise the risk of infection within the waiting room and adhering to social distancing measures.

Telephone appointments are available to current patients of Lake Innes Medical and Dental Centre, rather than face-to-face to help limit exposure to germs and virus'. If you wish to utilize this service, please phone reception on (02) 6581 3131 and ask about making your appointment a telephone consultation. Doctors are still able to organise referrals and prescriptions for you if you choose to have a telephone consultation.
